Are your VAs direct employees or INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS?

All of our VAs are independent contractors. When you work with Rock Solid, you can leave the interviewing, vetting, and hiring process to us and all of the paperwork that comes with building your team. Do you get stressed just thinking about 1099's and W-9s? Then you're in the right place because we handle all the tax needs, too!

How many hours do I need a VA for?

This is a question we love, and it's one you'll get to discuss during your discovery call with Tracy! Once we get to know you and learn about your business needs, we can find a good starting point. Our contracts start at 10 hours a week, with most of our contracts falling in the range of 10-15 hours. We think you'll be surprised by how much a Virtual Assistant can accomplish for you in only 10-12 hours due to their skills and efficiency.
