1. Discovery call
Tracy will learn about the passion and motivation behind a potential client's business and what they still love doing in their daily work!
2. Get To Know The pain points
Of course, we always get to the pain points and areas that are stressors or unknowns! Yes ~ many of our clients come to us not necessarily knowing what they don’t know! That means they don’t know what we do, how much support we can provide, or in which areas we thrive! But they also often struggle to identify what moves the needle in their business and what they should or shouldn't have their hands on.
3. DIG DEEp
We learn about their work style, how they perceive and handle stressful situations, and what their dreams and goals are pushing them toward.
4. The rock solid difference
Tracy and Diana discuss which VA would be the “perfect” fit for the client based on skills, personalities, time zones, and the big one we look at, “heart.”
From the VA who lives in the remotest of remote areas but has ridiculously amazing skills and heart to the mom who’s had it with corporate life, missing out on family milestones, and is ready to put her skills to work in a new setting… we get to help!
